The new generation DAF XB received the “TOP Light Truck” award in the prestigious TOP Transport 2024 survey conducted by the leading transport magazine Transport a Logistika from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The DAF XB spreader series has been highly praised for combining the lowest environmental impact combined with outstanding efficiency, safety and comfort.
The new generation DAF XB series, including the XBC model for construction work, offers a complete range of delivery trucks in the 7.5 to 19 ton class. DAF’s best truck for urban and regional transport features the new, highly efficient PACCAR PX 4- and 6-cylinder engines and is available with a range of gearboxes, including the new PowerLine superfluid fully automated transmission. In addition, the XB series includes a full range of battery electric vehicles to support transport companies in the transition to zero emissions.
