The new generation DAF XB won the title of “Best Truck” in the light distribution vehicle category at the Fleet News Awards 2025 in London. This is the eighth consecutive year that DAF Trucks has been recognized at the prestigious Fleet News Awards.
The new generation DAF XB series is designed for urban and regional transport, offering chassis options from 7.5 to 19 tons. The extended day cab and sleeper cab provide the highest level of comfort in their class. The series is equipped with efficient PACCAR PX-5 and PX-7 diesel engines (170 to 310 hp) and also includes fully electric trucks (120 or 190 kW) for zero-emission operation. The combination of chassis flexibility, a variety of cabs and modern power units makes the DAF XB an ideal solution for a wide range of transport needs.
