Spanish drivers recognized DAF XG⁺ 530 as the “Most Popular Truck”

The DAF XG⁺ 530 was recognized as the “Most Popular Truck” among drivers in Spain. DAF’s flagship model received this recognition at the seventh Ecotransporte Forum, the leading transport event organized by the Spanish truck and transport website Encamion.com and the Catalan transport federation Transcalit Sertralit.

The award ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower hotel. More than 150 owners of Spain’s leading transport companies attended the event, where the trophy was presented by the director of the online magazine Encamion, Eugeni Gallego, to Luis Reyes, CEO of DAF Trucks Spain and Portugal.

Confirmation of success

The jury’s report states: “The choice of the DAF XG⁺ 530 as the most popular truck among drivers is a testament to the success of this model in the market, as well as the willingness of industry professionals to share their enthusiasm through social media and online voting. This award highlights DAF’s commitment to providing efficient, safe and driver-centric transport solutions that contribute to the success of both customers and drivers, in line with the company’s slogan ‘Powering Your Success’.”
