The new generation DAF XF 450 trucks received the “Green Truck 2023” award from the leading German industry magazines VerkehrsRundschau and Trucker. This prestigious award is given for the industry’s best performance in terms of transportation efficiency and fuel consumption.
Every year VerkehrsRundschau and Trucker conduct comprehensive comparative tests of tractors of all leading brands. The main focus during the tests is on fuel consumption, which directly affects the level of CO2 emissions. In addition, when awarding the Green Truck 2023, the consumption of AdBlue and the average speed achieved by the truck during the test were taken into account.
