Through an extensive Supplier Quality Management Program (SPM), DAF continuously assesses their performance in key areas such as product development, operations and after-sales service. The best suppliers were recognized for their achievements at the DAF SPM Recognition Event 2025 held at DAF’s headquarters in Eindhoven.
DAF recognizes its most successful suppliers in the SPM program every year, as does PACCAR. Honors are awarded to suppliers who have reached SPM Master, Leader and Achiever levels. The SPM program promotes collaboration and continuous improvement between DAF and its suppliers. This leads to product innovation and increased efficiency.

Their participation in the SPM program demonstrates DAF’s tremendous commitment. By celebrating their achievements, we truly appreciate their contribution to our shared success.”
The title of Master
For the first time, the title of Master was awarded to the companies Tri-Ring Forging (China – metal components) and Fomeco (Belgium – pipes). Fiberpachs (Spain – Sheet Metal Components), Schultz (Brazil – Iron Casting) and Theuws (Netherlands – Exterior Components) were awarded Master titles for the second time, while Goodyear (USA – Tires) won the title for the fourth time. Berco (Netherlands – Interior Components) was awarded the Master title for the seventh time in a row. In addition, 36 suppliers were recognized as SPM 2024 Leaders and 41 suppliers were named SPM Achiever 2024.
“We look back on a successful event with pride,” Jos Smetsers concluded. “Next year, we will no doubt host the DAF SPM award ceremony again. After all, DAF and our suppliers constantly inspire each other to become even better and reach new heights.”
