DAF Trucks presents the XF Super Space Cab Celebration Edition. The launch of the top version of the largest and most comfortable DAF cab with special decorative stripes, dedicated to the release of the 250,000th DAF XF Super Space Cab. Jubilee cabins have a luxurious decoration of the interior space, including leather elements of a noble cognac shade as standard equipment.
“How to create maximum comfort for the driver?”In search of an answer to this question, in 1988, the DAF 3300 Space Cab was released with an increased roof height, which brought the standards of comfort and decoration of the interior space to a new level. In 1993, DAF went even further with the Super Space Cab, which once again set the benchmark in the truck market.
An ideal workplace for the driver
The latest version of the DAF XF Super Space Cab is the perfect work, rest and sleep environment for every driver. Unsurpassed ergonomics, elegant finishing and exceptional space. The volume of the cabin reached 12.6 m3, which makes it the most spacious of all available on the market. The XF Super Space Cab shows an impressive height of the interior space (2.23 m), with a volume of storage niches of no less than 925 liters. Two large berths are provided in the cabin, the lower berth is 80 cm wide and 2.20 m long with an Xtra Comfort mattress as standard. Therefore, we are not surprised that when ordering DAF XF cars, half of the customers choose the Super Space Cab.
The DAF XF Super Space Cab Celebration Edition is available to order in 4×2 FT and 6×2 FTG tractor versions, as well as in any rigid chassis version. The equipment can include a PACCAR MX-11 engine with a capacity of 330 kW/450 hp. or the PACCAR MX-13 engine with a capacity of 355 kW./ 80 hp. or 390 kW/530 hp.
The “special” trim will depend on the country: each version is equipped according to the customer’s preference in a specific region, but all cars from the anniversary series will come with the luxurious Exclusive trim with leather elements in a cognac shade. A DAF Xtra Comfort mattress with a thickness of 15 cm is always included with the bed for the most comfortable sleep. In addition, the standard equipment includes the fast navigation system DAF TNR, the most advanced climate control system with control from the rear wall and an impressively voluminous DAF refrigerator.
