The leading Spanish transport company Primafrio Group highly appreciated the exceptional reliability and fuel economy of DAF vehicles and placed another large order for 1,300 XF 480 Super Space Cab trucks. Deliveries will be made according to the agreed schedule until the end of 2023. The first batch of 400 cars has already been put into operation by Primafrio and is making routes through Europe.
Primafrio Group was founded in the early 60s and today is one of the leaders of the European transport industry, specializing in the transportation of chilled and frozen products and premium price category goods. The head office of Primafrio Group is located in Murcia. The company also has branches in Andalusia, Catalonia, the Basque Country and Lisbon, as well as in France and Germany. The company has modern air-conditioned warehouses and offers clients a wide range of highly qualified logistics services. By the end of 2020, the Primafrio Group’s fleet will include 900 DAF vehicles.

“The first contract for the supply of 1,000 DAF vehicles for the Primafrio Group was concluded in 2016, and the first 300 trucks were delivered to our company’s fleet in the following year. Practice has shown that these vehicles are a real example of reliability, economy and comfort,” comments José Esteban Conesa, CEO of Primafrio. “The new order is part of our fleet renewal plan, which will allow us to obtain have at their disposal the most recent and high-tech cars.”
