The other day, the DAF Trucks Ukraine company handed over a new concrete mixer truck with a Mulder mixer (the country of manufacture is the Netherlands). The owner of the new concrete mixer was Matla Private Enterprise, located in the city of Ternopil.
This truck concrete mixer is equipped with 13 l. engine with a capacity of 460 hp, the same as in the DAF XF FT 105.460 models. It is this reserve of power that allows you to feel confident when driving on any road, regardless of its surface. The ZF 16-speed manual gearbox allows for the most efficient use of all engine torque.
The concrete mixer is equipped with a MX Engine Brake retarder with a capacity of 320 kV, which allows the braking system to maximize the service life of the work. Together with a reinforced frame – 8.5 mm, a protective radiator plate, high ground clearance and locking differentials, the truck concrete mixer is suitable for off-road driving.
This concrete mixer was built by the Mulder company, which has been manufacturing and selling concrete mixers for over 45 years. The company “Mulder” occupies a large share of the market in the Netherlands, the products of which are in demand in the premium segment.
The “Mulder H-11” mixer model has a nominal volume of 11 cubic meters. (total volume 21.3 cubic meters), driven by the power take-off shaft of a DAF truck. The thickness of the walls is 5 mm, the thickness of the base is 5+8 mm, the knives are 5 mm, the steel corresponds to standard 52.3 (DIN 17100). Due to the fact that the thickness of all elements in the “Mulder H-11” mixer is increased, it guarantees longer operation than other analogs on the market. Also, the concrete mixer is equipped with 600 l. water tank, high-quality PMP Industries hydraulic equipment and advanced knives for faster loading and unloading of all types of concrete.
